- Hey Big Blue fans, I just posted a WTB for a Big Blue (w/Q-sound & detached marquee). Particularly, the two-player, q-sound version with the “detached” style marquee (big or small). The game title doesn’t matter, in fact, it can be missing the PCB entirely. It’s just the cabinet style that’s important to me.
- Figured I’d also post in here since this is the mother thread of everything Big Blue and you guys might be a bit more in-the-know with these cabinets if/when they pop up. I’ve been saving space in my collection for one of these (to house SSF2T) for quite some time and now that time has come, as my apartment only has space left for one more cabinet.
- Found or No Longer Wanted - WTB: Capcom Big Blue cabinet w/Q-Sound
- Hey guys, I’m looking for a later generation Capcom Big Blue cabinet. Particularly, the two-player, q-sound version with the “detached” style marquee (big or small) like in the photos below. The game title doesn’t matter, in fact, it can be missing the PCB entirely. It’s just the cabinet style…

- Looks like I forgot to post the YouTube link. There’s roughly 10 short videos of footage from that tournament. There’s also footage of a beta version/prototype of SSF2T
- Here’s part 1:

- I got majorly lucky with one of the Facebook groups. Although, due to fuel prices, shipping is going to cost me over $600. But it’s still better than road-tripping nearly 2000 miles. Click to expand…

- At first i didn’t recognize the Super Turbo pedestal setup until i realized it’s a Dynamo HS-12 pedestal but the monitor half is from a Dynamo HS-13. Click to expand…

- I think im up to 10 big blues now? Might be nine I can’t remember. I don’t have any of the gen 3 with detachable big box, it’s the only one left I want.

- Okay guys, can any of you confirm for me where the dust washers for the joysticks go on the late model Big Blues? Top of control panel or under? I’ve been looking at dozens of pictures and I’ve seen it both ways. I’ve checked several original flyers, but can’t quite tell. It was my understanding that the dust washers typically go on top for the older, wood control panels, while the later, metal panels had the dust washers underneath. At least that’s the way it seems to go with most of the classic games I have (with a few exceptions.)

- Just an idea for @Dr. Willy
- There’s a repop of the link boards, making it possible. There’s also a project to port the tournament code over to Super Turbo as the original only is for Super.

- Any of you guys running a Mister FPGA in your Big Blues? I’m trying to decide if I should go that route or the Darksoft Multi. I’m mostly going to be running SSF2T and SF2: HF. Trying to weigh out my options.
