- You don’t have to do it like me, but I have all of my SF2 cabs wired for both CPS1 and CPS2/3 kick harnesses (CPS2 and CPS3 use the same kick harness). I wired all six kick buttons’ wires and the two ground wires on the control panel side to one end of a molex connector (similar to the one connecting the sticks/punch buttons to the JAMMA harness).
- On the other end of the molex connector, I double up each pin with a wire for the CPS1 kick harness, and a wire for the CPS2/3 kick harness.
- So CPS1 Player 1 light kick and CPS2/3 Player 1 light kick are twisted together, and then crimped onto a pin on the connector.
- Once everything is wired, plug the molex connector together. Now all I have to do is plug in the appropriate kick harness whenever I swap boards.

- Those marquees came in today. They look pretty cool. Already had a repro of CoTA. Having a slightly damaged OG version isn’t too bad. Makes for nice wall art if anything. Punisher has a gouge in it and would be a problem if I was OCD. I’m not and it looks awesome. Puzzle Fighter is quite a gem however. Much better in person. Glad I didn’t pass it up.
- Never lined all these up before and they look quite cool like this. I have doubles of CoTA, SSF2, SSF2T. If anyone wants one of those, PM me and maybe we can work something out.

- Can someone post a rear photo of their 2nd gen Big Blue?
- I am going to start bondo work in mine next week and would like some clarification on the panels above the rear door. Mine had screws in them but I can’t believe this is how it was done..
- Thanks

- I’m at a loss what is the issue with my control panel
- I have two buttons that don’t work
- I have tried different cherry switches and even tried jumping the harness with a new wire and nothing
- Here are the two buttons and the two wires
- One is on the left and one is on the right
- I simply don’t understand why everything else works but these two buttons and I even checked the cherry switch and tried different working switches nothing
- Any help would be appreciated

- I’m starting to wonder if the issues is the pins in the kick harness or something very weird is happening
- Do u recommend a new harness?
- Or what else should I try
- I’m using a converter board with a Pandora’s box 4 and loading street fighter all works but those two buttons my fingers are pointing to
- Also I’m going to assume these things the Pandora’s box are setup to work with 6 buttons out the box the only thing I changed was free play

- With the harness unplugged as in your picture above (post #817), and with the disconnects connected to the button/switch, put your multimeter leads on a ground pin and on the pin of one of the offending buttons. Set multimeter to continuity. Press the button. Do you get continuity? You may need to try both ground pins, if they are not directly connected (daisy chained) to each other at the button wiring.
- Then do the same thing for the other button.
- If you get continuity, then you are good from the buttons to the connector. Next step would be figuring out what’s going on at the converter board and/or PB4.
- Can you post info and pics of the converter board?
