- Anyone happen to know of an easy way to gain access to the speaker mounts in a CE (Gen 1) style cab?
- As much as I love poking my screwdriver blind behind the marquee, there has to be an easier way to mount new speakers to the cab without taking the whole cabinet apart…

- sorwah said: No, I cannot. The upper back of the cabinet above the door, and the shelf of the speakers above the monitor position prevents me from seeing and reaching into the position properly. As far as I can figure I’d have to remove the upper back or the roof piece in order to see the mounting positions. And from my testing, i’d need to take the sides of the cabinet apart as the upper back and roof appear to be pegged and glued to the sides.

- It’s been a while, but I have 4 G1’s too. I don’t remember them having that shelf. But it has been a while.

- So bringing a previous discussion around again. There seems to be some debate about who made both generation big blues. There are several serial stickers in this thread that state both gens are made by dynamo. Other members claim they 3koam is the mfg. Maybe both? Any thoughts?

- This is all that is left of the sticker on mine.
