- I completely agree with you. It’s half game, and rarity does not equal value.
- I was mostly just joking about how terrible projector screen games were in the early 90s. We have much better methods to convert RGB to large screen than the likely composite video that was used when the game was new.

- I finally spent some time on the Gen 2 with Q sound I imported today and noticed some weirdness with the amp/speaker wiring.
- The amp’s RCA and speaker header are clearly labelled Left or Right, yet if you trace the speaker cable the right side goes to the left speaker and vice versa, so the sound plays out of the “wrong” channels.
- Is this considered normal for a Gen 2 with Q sound?
- Swapping the RCAs that plug in to the board can obviously be done to put the sound back on the right channels, it just seems odd it’s wired this way (and appears to have been factory)

- People make mistakes in production all the time. I don’t think its expected for the channels to be reversed.

- Thanks for the replies.
- I guess with the history of my cabinet I questioned whether the seller had wired it wrong, versus it being a factory mistake.

- Hello everyone, I tried to go through this entire thread looking for an answer to this question but hadn’t found it. I have 4 Big Blue cabs and one was a project I bought from a friend that has been in my garage for about a year. I finally getting to it and was wondering about the coin door because I haven’t seen this on any other Big Blue but my cab has a 3 slot coin door. I believe AVP was a 3 player game but I believe this cab to have been originally a Captain Commando - at least the hacked up controller panel seems to have a 4 player set up. Anyone else seen this kind of a coin door on their Big Blue cabs. Also not sure if this has been brought up but I had to laminate my cabinet because the original vinyl was ripped up and I had to repair some broken edges on the cabinet - I think the laminate color is a really close match - it’s Formica Spectrum Blue - I just laminated it today l. Lastly I will need a reproduction controller panel - I’ll reach out to Jeff at XL Arcades to see if he can help.

- Looks like a snub top with a Marquee light box? Same like the Z-back stackable marquee??? Interesting. Any Tag in the back of it??
